Thursday central banks risk sparking new crises by keeping their loose policy
in place for too long.

poised with its attention divided between weak macro data points and Infosys Ltd's results,
due on October 11.
"Markets will remain lacklustre in the
absence of positive triggers and I am bracing for the earnings season, but with
a negative bias," said Sudip Bandyopadhyay, managing director of
Destimoney Securities Pvt Ltd.
The benchmark BSE index fell 0.84 percent, or
166.58 points, to end at 19,727.27, also falling 2.6 percent for the week,

The Indian stock market is likely to open on a cautious note with a negative bias, on Thursday.
Due to expiry of near month derivatives contracts, movements will be quite volatile at times. Shares from banking, automobile and realty sectors are likely to see some buying during the course of the day.

contributing to the weakness in the market.

Tips On Nifty
The intrinsic value of the rupee is between 58 and 60 against the dollar, a
senior finance ministry official said on Monday, adding that overseas
speculators were partly responsible for the sharp fall in the currency over the
past few months.
The partially convertible rupee was trading at 62.53/54 per dollar, compared to its close of 62.23/24 on Friday.
Arvind Mayaram, economic affairs secretary at the finance ministry, also said that a fall in bulk diesel demand this fiscal year will save the government about $1 billion. Diesel accounts for over 40 percent of fuel consumption in the world's fourth-biggest energy user, whose crude import bill was $144 billion last fiscal year.
Mayaram said he expected foreign direct investment flows of about $36 billion if current trends continues. Net FDI in the first quarter of this fiscal year rose to $9 billion from $5 billion in the same period a year earlier, Mayaram said last week.
